The GAIT icon is the best begginer stick i have ever used in my life. It is cheap , but very durable. The ball stys in the pocket very well. The head is very light and really easy to throw with. This was my first stick and has got "stuck" to lacrosse.
REMEMBER THAT THERE IS NOT A PRICE ON SAFETY. Do not buy the cheapest gear because there is a greater chance of injury. If you buy good equipment it will pay off in the end.
